FindMyCustomer provides appointment-booking and customer-management tools for small businesses. Shops that choose to connect Google Calendar authorize FMC to manage booking-related Google Calendar events and generate Google Meet links for services configured to use Google Meet.

Shops that choose to connect Zoom authorize FindMyCustomer to create, update, and cancel booking-related Zoom meetings for services configured to use Zoom, and to store and display the related meeting details needed for booking, reminders, and appointment management within the platform.
